Clearpay - Buy Now, Pay Later is a buy now pay later app that lets you split purchases into four fortnightly instalments with no interest when paid on time. This payment management tool helps you shop across thousands of brands and stores, from fashion and beauty to travel and homeware, all within a single interface. The app also supports in-store payments by adding your Clearpay card to your digital wallet, making contactless installment payments seamless.

How It Works

After downloading the app and signing up, you can browse partnered retailers, choose your items, and pay the first instalment immediately. The remaining three payments are automatically scheduled every two weeks, with no extra fees as long as you stay on schedule. You can also pay off upcoming instalments early or change your payment card at any time, giving you flexibility over your split payments into instalments.

Managing Payments & Orders

The app provides a clear overview of all current and past orders, including payment history and upcoming due dates. You can track each order’s status, review your payment plan, and adjust your financial preferences directly from the dashboard. Late fees apply if a payment is missed – £6 per late instalment, with a maximum cap of £6 on orders under £24, and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for larger purchases. Missed payments may affect future use of the service.

Retailer Network & Shopping Experience

Clearpay adds new stores weekly, covering categories like skincare, haircare, travel, fashion, furniture, food, and drinks. The app lets you browse deals, discover small businesses, and support local shops by splitting payments over six weeks. Whether you are shopping online or in store, the interface remains consistent, with push notifications for new retailers and order updates. You must be 18 or older and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands) to use the service.
